At blubank we are seeking talented dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Network Operations Engineer to join our friendly and professional team If you re looking for a workplace where you can grow and continuously learn this opportunity is for you The Network Security Operations Engineer NetSec Ops is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the security performance and reliability of network infrastructure with a focus on campus network environments and security operations This role ensures the seamless operation of firewalls network devices servers and VoIP systems while addressing user needs and maintaining robust network security The primary purpose is to monitor manage and optimize network and security operations implement campus network designs and ensure effective incident response and VoIP integration to support organizational connectivity and security objectives Key Responsibilities Monitor and optimize firewall and network device performance reconfiguring as needed Manage and monitor network traffic to ensure efficiency and security Monitor server health and redirect traffic from unhealthy instances to maintain service continuity Design and implement secure campus network architectures and related security services Establish and monitor communication platforms to support organizational connectivity Respond to exceptional user requests and resolve network or security issues promptly Coordinate with Network and Network Security teams to address incidents and perform appropriate actions Manage and maintain IP telephony systems integrating VoIP with other network services Configure and maintain VoIP settings for reliable communication Maintain and manage campus network infrastructure for high availability and performance Required Qualifications Minimum academic and professional qualifications Bachelor s degree Experience At least 5 years of experience in network security Strong knowledge of firewall technologies e g Cisco Firepower Palo Alto or equivalent Proficiency in Cisco ISE for network access control and policy enforcement Experience in designing and managing secure campus network architectures Expertise in VoIP systems including configuration integration and maintenance Ability to monitor and manage network traffic and server health effectively Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving network and user issues Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices Ability to collaborate with teams and respond to incidents efficiently Benefits Work from home option Flexible working hours Training courses and professional development opportunities Military service project Limited Supplemental health insurance Team building budget Performance based bonuses Loans Lunch subsidies تهران تهران ونک تمام وقت بلو بانک کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد بانکداری
