Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements and technical specifications Utilize the Zephyr Jira addon for test case management test execution and reporting Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand product workflows and requirements Identify document and track software defects and issues using Jira Conduct regression integration and system testing to ensure consistent and reliable software functionality Analyze test results identify root causes of issues and provide detailed feedback to developers Participate in Agile Scrum meetings including daily stand ups sprint planning and retrospectives Continuously improve testing processes and implement best practices for automation where applicable Technical Skills Test Management Reporting Hands on experience with Zephyr for Jira to manage test cases test cycles executions and reports Ability to define test strategies test plans and test metrics Manual Testing Strong experience in functional regression integration and exploratory testing Ability to analyze requirements user stories and acceptance criteria Experience testing web based applications and mobile if applicable Automation Testing Core Focus Strong knowledge of Playwright for end to end E2E automation testing Experience writing and maintaining automation test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript Understanding of test framework design reusable test components and test data handling Experience with cross browser testing Chromium Firefox WebKit Familiarity with other automation tools frameworks such as Selenium or Appium is a plus Bug Tracking Issue Management Proficiency with Jira for defect tracking workflow management and collaboration with development teams Ability to write clear reproducible bug reports with proper severity and priority API Testing Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman SoapUI or REST Assured Ability to validate response codes payloads headers and basic performance Version Control Systems Working knowledge of Git clone commit push pull merge to collaborate with development and automation teams Database Backend Testing Ability to write SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes Understanding of basic database concepts joins indexes constraints CI CD DevOps Awareness Experience integrating automated tests into CI CD pipelines e g GitLab CI GitHub Actions Jenkins Understanding of automated test execution as part of build and deployment pipelines Scripting Programming Working knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript preferred for Playwright Basic understanding of Python or other scripting languages for automation utilities or data manipulation Soft Skills Excellent problem solving and
