Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Back End team fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement Drive technical decision making by evaluating architectural options trade offs and business requirements Define and maintain engineering standards coding practices and code quality through effective code reviews Design review and evolve scalable software architectures including distributed systems and microservices Manage technical debt and lead refactoring initiatives to improve system maintainability and performance Collaborate closely with Product QA DevOps Infrastructure and Data teams to deliver business objectives Align technical solutions with business needs while balancing delivery speed quality and long term sustainability Plan team capacity prioritize technical initiatives and manage technical risks Drive the adoption of testing observability security and modern development practices Contribute hands on to critical technical challenges and support the team s growth through coaching and knowledge sharing Technical Requirements Strong expertise in C and the NET ecosystem NET Core ASP NET Core Solid experience in software architecture design patterns and scalable system design Hands on experience with relational and NoSQL databases including performance optimization Experience with microservices distributed systems and message driven architectures Familiarity with observability practices Logging Metrics Tracing and CI CD processes Strong understanding of software testing application security authentication and authorization Experience leading architectural improvements refactoring initiatives and technical roadmaps Proficiency with Git and modern software development workflows Professional Competencies Strong technical leadership mentoring and coaching capabilities Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills Strong planning prioritization and capacity management abilities High sense of ownership accountability and results orientation Effective decision making problem solving and analytical thinking Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and technical complexity Continuous learning mindset and commitment to engineering excellence تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت ستاره اول مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
