Key Responsibilities Perform quality audits of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities Conduct field inspections of telecom sites and verify compliance with company standards and procedures Audit maintenance activities related to Telecom Towers and Antenna Structures BTS Equipment and Shelters Power Systems and Rectifiers Three Phase Electrical Systems Diesel Generators DG Battery Banks Air Conditioning Systems Grounding and Lightning Protection Systems Civil Infrastructure Verify completion and effectiveness of corrective actions Review maintenance reports checklists photographs and site documentation Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance against defined KPIs and SLAs Identify recurring quality issues and initiate preventive actions Participate in Root Cause Analysis RCA for major infrastructure failures Prepare audit findings quality reports and performance dashboards Ensure compliance with HSE and telecom infrastructure standards Support acceptance inspections and site handover activities Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications Engineering Electronics Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure Site Maintenance Field Operations or Quality Assurance Strong knowledge of telecom site infrastructure and maintenance processes Familiarity with PM and CM procedures Experience working with telecom vendors and subcontractors Ability to analyze technical reports and identify quality gaps Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools Willingness to travel extensively to telecom sites Good English language is required تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت ویستا سرویس کارشناس جنسیت ترجیحاً آقا تلکام
