Job Description Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in pharmaceutical products Do you have a keen eye for detail and a drive to make a meaningful impact on patient safety If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Production team at Behvazan Read on and apply today to be part of our team Your new department The Production department is dedicated to ensure the highest standards of quality across the production line Based in Rasht Guilan Iran the team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment working closely with stakeholders to guarantee product quality and patient safety With a strong focus on compliance innovation and continuous improvement the department plays a critical role in supporting Behvazan s mission to establish a foundation for high quality pharmaceutical production Join a team where your expertise will make a tangible difference in the lives of patients Your new role As a Production Supervisor Professional you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products Your key responsibilities will include Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices GMP Behvazan standards and local regulations to maintain product quality and patient safety Foster a Quality Mindset within the local team to enhance overall quality and performance standards and simplify processes and act as a Production Supervisor for Change Requests and Deviations and supervision activities while collaborating with process owners on performance related issues Developing implementing and measuring production performance to drive continuous improvement Overseeing production procedures facility and utility compliance and auditing processes against internal and regulatory standards Monitoring incoming material including issue resolution and alignment of material specification with organizational quality standards Oversee document control audits involvements and deliver training Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams providing production guidance that supports product quality Your skills qualifications We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional who can meet the following qualifications B Sc in Engineering education Industrial preferably Biology chemical medical pharmaceutical or food production English proficiency above intermediate level written and spoken Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or device manufacturing with semi solid understanding of pharmaceutical production Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines pharmaceutical quality systems regulatory requirements and local industry regulations Results oriented responsible demonstrates leadership teamwork intercultural awareness agility and strong organizational skills in line with the Behvazan Way Confident PC user with knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Internet and general IT capability committed to quality and continuous improvement گیلان رشت تمام وقت داروسازی بهوزان کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد دارو
