The Art Director will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all marketing channels This individual will lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with marketing strategists to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and communicate our brand story effectively Responsibilities Clarifying the client s brief and converting it into a design brief and Guiding designers to develop solutions that meet the requirements of the brief Ensuring the technical quality of the design and Controlling outputs to ensure compliance with brand identity guidelines Reviewing design trends and creativity in current global works Mentor a team of graphic designers illustrators and other creatives Collaborate with marketing product and sales teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders incorporating feedback as necessary Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns product launches advertisements and promotional materials Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of high quality designs Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary to supplement the in house team Oversee the production process from initial concept to final execution Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and design tools Introduce innovative design ideas and techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry Conduct regular reviews of competitive and industry visual communications to identify opportunities for differentiation Requirements Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design Proven experience in a similar role within a marketing or advertising agency is highly desirable Exceptional creative and artistic abilities with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design Excellent communication and presentation skills تهران تهران کوی بیمه تمام وقت شرکت سفرهای علی بابا مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
