We are Roche A healthier future It s what drives us to innovate To continuously advance science and ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need today and for generations to come Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love That s what makes us Roche Summary The main focus of the Field Service Engineer is to provide technical support for Roche products analyzers and systems install repair and maintain Roche products document and report all service activities in compliance with Roche standards The Field Service Engineer reports to the Service Team Lead You will be responsible for Coordinate with Service Team Lead regarding planned systems installations Carry out installation repair and maintenance of Roche analyzers procedures as per Roche standards Report and document all installations maintenance and repairs as per Roche standards Conduct customer training regarding proper use and maintenance of Roche analyzers and systems Report and document customer trainings as per Roche standards Attend to customer calls and requests on a prompt and timely manner Provide internal and external technical support to customers and Roche local staff relevant to technical issues regarding Roche analyzers and systems Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered for performance of the system in the facility with coordination with other department Compliance You are expected to adhere through your conduct to all applicable laws and regulations as well as to the high integrity standards as set forth by Roche Who You Are You hold a Bachelor s Master degree in Biomedical Electrical Electronics Mechanical Mechatronic Engineering Post graduate degree will be preferred You have relevant work experience in a similar role and have handled Roche analyzers or lab systems Preferably you are trained on Roche analyzers You have proven track record in trouble shooting and problem solving You are committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions You are customer focus and have demonstrated stakeholder management skills You are fluent in Farsi and English speaking reading and writing You are flexible mobile and willing to travel to customer sites Military end service license is required for men اصفهان اصفهان تمام وقت رش پارس کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تجهیزات پزشکی
