We are a fast growing B2C tech startup seeking a hands on data professional who can build scalable data systems while driving insights and advanced analytics This role combines data engineering analytics and machine learning giving you the opportunity to shape our entire data stack and directly influence product and business growth Responsibilities Design build and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses to ensure reliable and accessible data for the organization Develop and manage BI dashboards and reporting systems to empower decision making across product marketing and business teams Perform data analysis to uncover patterns trends and opportunities Conduct in depth user behavior and business performance analysis to guide product and growth strategies Design train and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as personalization recommendation systems fraud detection and predictive analytics Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business challenges into data driven solutions Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders Requirements 3 years of experience in Data Science Data Analysis or Data Engineering ideally with exposure to all Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical databases data warehouses e g BigQuery Snowflake Redshift PostgreSQL Proficiency in Python for data analysis and ML pandas NumPy scikit learn TensorFlow PyTorch Experience building BI dashboards Tableau Power BI Looker Metabase or similar Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain complex findings to non technical teams Nice to Have Ability to manage and analyze large scale datasets with familiarity in distributed data processing Spark Hadoop Previous experience in a B2C tech or startup environment Experience in real time analytics and streaming data Kafka Kinesis etc Background in product analytics and growth metrics retention churn CLV etc What We Offer A dynamic fast paced startup culture with room for innovation The opportunity to work on end to end data challenges from infrastructure to AI models Direct impact on product user experience and business growth through data driven decision making Continuous learning and development opportunities in advanced analytics and machine learning تهران تهران امانیه تمام وقت آسان پرداخت کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
