The position is responsible to carry out objectives of JTI entities in Iran for Corporate Tax VAT and Social Security objectives The position is part of Global Tax function and reports to Iran Tax manager Main Areas of Responsibility Tax Strategy Support Iran Tax Manager in implementation of tax strategy tax risk analyses Implementation of measures to mitigate tax risks Compliance Submission Manage the company s tax compliance with the relevant tax law Manage timely submission of tax returns CIT VAT excise and timely run group s tax reporting obligations Statutory audits Provide required form reports during audits in particular VAT CIT excise rental tax Prepare the cost of goods sold statement and other documents during tax audit Manage and coordinate tax driven business initiatives locally or globally Negotiations Manage cooperation with tax authorities and consultants lease with tax authorities with the tax audits and other requests Maintain cooperation with all departments within the company as well as global functions Planning Monitoring Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments CIT VAT Excise tax Customs Provide adequate support for financial planning for each planning cycle Provide adequate support to the Accounting Department in each monthly closing Knowledge Skills Experience Required At least 10 years of experience in Domestic taxes in audit firms or in businesses in a similar position International tax knowledge is an advantage Language Skills English fluent Functional Skills Rahkaran Accounting software Microsoft office especially Excel Power point Negotiation skills تهران تهران آرژانتین تمام وقت جی تی آی پارسیان مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد کالاهای مصرفی و تند گردش
