Who We Are Argoman is a pioneering venture studio that builds and scales data driven startups from conception to market leadership We are seeking comprehensive operational expertise and are offering a robust technological infrastructure to go along with it For our Senior Data Engineers this means an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation designing and implementing scalable data solutions across a diverse portfolio of ventures You ll play a crucial role in shaping the data architecture building robust pipelines and fostering a culture of data excellence within each startup directly impacting their growth and success and offering strategic guidance in your area of expertise What You ll Do Lead and mentor data engineering teams providing technical guidance code reviews and career development support Establish and enforce data quality standards lineage tracking and compliance frameworks Drive technical architecture decisions and evaluate new technologies for scalability and performance Partner with product business and data science teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions Design and maintain real time and batch data pipelines using Kafka Spark and Airflow Build reliable ETL ELT workflows to move data to from PostgreSQL and other databases Implement Medallion Architecture Bronze Silver Gold layers with Delta Lake for data versioning and governance Use MinIO for object storage and distributed data access in a cloud free setup Write clean efficient and maintainable code in Python or Scala Monitor system performance and data pipeline health with Grafana and Prometheus Requirements 4 years of experience as a data engineer or in a similar role Strong leadership and mentoring experience Involvement in software engineering projects with clean code testing version control and collaboration Experience with modern data architecture patterns Previous experience scaling data teams and establishing engineering processes Exposure to CI CD for data pipelines and infrastructure as code Strong proficiency in Python Strong proficiency with Spark or PySpark Hands on experience with Kafka Experience with ETL ELT pipelines and CDC Change Data Capture implementations Proven experience with Apache Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS Hands on experience with Docker and Docker Compose Working knowledge of MinIO as an object storage layer Familiar with Grafana and Prometheus Experience with distributed systems and data architecture patterns Nice to Have Experience with MLOps tools and practices e g model versioning serving monitoring Understanding of Data Warehouse design e g Star Schema Snowflake Schema etc Experience processing front end logs or event data at scale Experience with Data Platform deployment setting up tools automation scripts observability stacks and configuration best practices Familiarity with Elasticsearch Graph Database e g Neo4j concepts Vector Database concepts e g Chroma Milvus etc and other databases engines used for search graph or specialized workloads Experience with cloud platforms such as ArvanCloud AWS GCP Experience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation and configuration management تهران تهران امیرآباد تمام وقت ونچر استودیوی آرگومان کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
