Overview The Senior HR Business Partner Senior HRBP is a senior level human resources professional who collaborates closely with senior leadership including CHRO directors and executive teams to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational success This role involves shaping HR strategies across multiple departments managing complex stakeholder relationships and providing expert guidance on organizational design talent management and culture transformation Job Responsibilities Lead development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals focusing on organizational capability leadership development and cultural change Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience culture engagement onboarding and retention of critical talent ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational values Provide strategic support and coaching to senior leaders and managers on talent management leadership development change management and complex employee relations issues Partner with leadership to identify organizational gaps succession planning opportunities and workforce planning strategies especially in high growth or matrix environments Oversee HR operational processes such as compensation benefits mobility leave management and performance reviews ensuring consistency and compliance across regions using global HRIS systems like Workday Greenhouse or equivalent platforms Lead efforts to continuously improve HR policies procedures and systems to support strategic priorities while upholding integrity confidentiality and transparency in all actions Mentor and develop HR team members and HR generalists and specialists fostering a high performance HR function capable of navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity Preferred Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in business administration human resources or related field Master s degree or HR certification e g SHRM SCP SPHR preferred Experience 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience including strategic HR partnership talent management and organizational development preferably within technology consulting or similar dynamic industries Expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships organizational change and multi region HR practices Skilled in leading HR projects in ambiguous environments demonstrating high adaptability and strategic thinking Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and foster collaboration Growth oriented innovative and people focused mindset with a proven track record of relationship building accountability and strategic impact تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ مارکت مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
