We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA professional with expertise in automation testing to join our dynamic team. The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by conducting systematic tests to identify any defects or issues. This role involves working closely with the development team to understand product requirements and to design test strategies that uphold the highest standards of quality:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans to identify software issues
2. Analyze bug reports and highlight problems to help identify fixes for them
3. Design and maintain automation frameworks that can simulate a wide range of scenarios.
4. Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous quality improvement.
5. Collaborate with the development team to improve the quality of the finished product.
6. Analyze test results, report on findings, and work with the team to resolve issues.
7. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to improve test processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
3. Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or similar.
4. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
5. Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
6. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
